Osman who is the night shift front desk is so very nice and professional , he does not get frustrated when I locked my key in the room he went out of his way to gete what ever I needed . I have stayed at lots of hotels but Osman is one of the best in the business .

Ive never given a bad review before, but this time is different. I GOT BIT BY BED BUGS!! The Front desk was apologetic, BUT no one could get me in touch with management nor give me a solution. We had to leave the hotel in middle of the night. Ive been given the run around all day, without the possibility of a refund. I had stayed in this hotel before with no issue. The Room is 213. UPDATE!!!!!!!!! Management ( Indian accent male) called me and stated he had refunded money and its a its lie! Its been over a week and still no refund . When I call to talk to front desk they say refund will not be given as it was already denied! So whoever I talked to lied! What I talked to management I asked if he needed picture proof of the bugs, he said they didnt as they did in fact see a problem in that room. And they are still denying our refund now I have to deal with the scars left from the bites and no refund. This is just a horrible situation.

Great staff, awesome rooms, pool and hot tub were fantastic breakfast was good.

Gross! There was hair all over the room! It looked like no one had even cleaned the room. The pool was absolutely filthy and trash was everywhere in this hotel. There were bags and bags of trash in the hallways and in the kitchen where staff was cooking the breakfast. There were smudge marks on the walls in the room and the elevator floor was dirty.
