      image Room 322 smelled like sewage from 5-7 April. The male GM had no idea how to process any transactions. Also, the staff did not know how to process 2 energy drinks at 6:30 am, on a credit card. Blaming it on another employee.

      Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. I hope that you will give us another chance in the future so that you may see that we are dedicated to excellent guest service. The general manager certainly can process transactions and does on a daily basis, but we are a new opened hotel and our team is still learning so there are bound to be hiccups. Any time there is an issue with your stay, please bring it to our attention so that we may remedy the issue. We have experienced some spot issues with odor, but we have been able to remedy the issue immediately when notified. Again, thank your for taking the time to provide feedback so that we can continue improving the guest experience at our beautiful hotel.

      image This is a new hotel. The room itself was great: very clean and good amenities. The breakfast had very little to offer. There was a sewer smell when we arrived in the lobby but was gone by the morning. The hot water was water was barely hot. Overall it was good, but not worth the price we paid.

      Thank you for your feedback on your stay. As a new hotel, some issues don't show until after you are open and functioning. Unfortunately, the gasses from dry pipes lingered for a while after opening, but I am happy to report that the issue with smells and lack of hot water have been addressed. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and hope to see you on your next trip.

      image Nice and clean rooms. Great customer service from Randy, Rhonda, Tiffany, and the rest of the team. They were exceedingly hospitable. We whole heartedly recommend Home2 Suites by Lubbock University.
