Holiday Inn Lubbock South, an IHG Hotel

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were told by the manager we could not eat or drink the food we purchased anywhere in the hotel except for in our rooms. We booked 40 rooms with this hotel and the management staff was awful. Zach has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and as another review states, he will call the cops on you if you have a problem with your room or if you sit in the lobby and he doesn't want you their. I would not recommend this hotel if you have kids. Noteworthy details: The sign says the pool closes at 10pm. They will close the pool at 8pm every night and say it's for cleaning. Zach will raise his voice at your children if they are in the lobby while on his shift.

Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First and for most the staff on duty from 4/2-4/6 should be sent back to training ASAP. They had zero customer service. Please know this hotel does NOT allow food OR DRINKS in their lobby where there are tables and chairs. The house keeping forgets to clean the bathroom and provide fresh towels daily. The washer/dryer were out of service, ice machine didnt work, dust falling from our air vent in our room, and closing the pool early because front staff was in a bad mood.

It was a nice place and cool to have the bar and burger theory inside of it. Only reason for 4 stars is because the hot tub wasn't hot and that was one of the main reasons I booked the location. Other than that nice place and service was good.
