CFA is our new mgt. company. I know that they are really busy being new so lots of work but since they took over our. Hot water is not right. I am tired of cold showers. The water doesn't get hot for days then hot for a couple of days then cold again. The grounds are not as picked up as before (I guess because no one picks up the trash on weekends).
We used to have events that were really fun like game night, wine night where the neighbors and staff would get together and socialize and have fun. It seems like things have changed and we really miss the community events.

Ive been trying to get in contact with someone in charge of the building I live in in Az. Not only have I not talked to someone but Ive been trying for THREE weeks. Ive called numerous times and have left messages for the district manager and not one call back. The lady at the receptionist is super sweet however I had lived with no air conditioning in my unit for TWO months before anyone at my building did anything about it and it NEEDS to be talked about. Ive been so unimpressed with this company and complex I live at.

Probably THEE WORST property management company on this side of the world. Its already unfortunate enough that certain areas of real estate have a low barrier to entry, but these people literally set the bar at a new low. Because of them, Ill NEVER rent again. Ive experienced several alarming incidents at my apartment community and have attempted to reach out to the PM company. However, they do NOT return calls but
instead, defer the calls back to the leasing office lol. How lazy and impersonal. Since when did this industry not become about building relationships? Please, do everyone a favor and just EXIT. Exit everything. Clearly, the feeling is mutual - look at these reviews. Youre trash, disrespectfully.

They dont care about you if youre disabled. They will do illegal things like sell a parking space in a curb drop down area so disabled people cant use that area to move their wheelchairs through. They put up railings that fall apart days after being put up, and all they care about is money. The disability community is the only one you can join at anytime, and I cant wait for these horrendous people to get a feeling of what thats like
