I started over with nothing with my children & lived at Preston Trace for over 4 years which helped me a lot. However, during the duration of my stay there we never had steady leasing agents and it was very hard to contact management about things. Sadly, a month ago I moved due to a flood in my unit after normal work hours and there was a lack of communication from management. Overall this is ONLY a great place for someone whos trying to get back on their feet.

I fell on hard times and found myself starting over from scratch. I moved in during the lockdown and Preston Trace was a blessing to me. Where my apartment was located, it was quiet and peaceful; and my neighbors were phenomenal--always checking on me. Mgmt did change a couple of times when I was there, but they were always pleasant and helped with whatever I needed (even though sometimes workers from the outside could be slow to show up to get the work done). Our onsite maintenance, Anna, was always pleasant, quick to respond and ready to help whenever I called. They didn't act like I was getting on their nerves. lol. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine, and my only complaint would be pet waste (like all apartments). If you're trying to get back on your feet, this is the spot!

Ive been calling this place for months to check availability, everyday. No one has ever answered: eveytime I drive up there, they have a sign on the door stating that their closed. If they cant answer the phone now, I would only imagine how it would be actually living there!
