Vale Frisco Apartment has been a nice place to live, responsive management, shout out to Robert and Sergio of the maintenance crew for always doing such a good job on things gone wrong in the community. Only reason for the one less star is because we have been promised for 3 years now that the Breezeways were going to be cleaned or even covered with a product that they would appear cleaner or nicer.

I've lived here for 6 months and it has been such an amazing place. Amber, Travis and Brenda are always so nice and pleasant to speak and talk to about any questions I have had. The community itself is very nice and clean. I recommend this as a place to stay versus downtown Frisco for a more relaxed and family vibe.

For anyone reading this, I advise that you ask Kyndal. From start to finish, she provided the best service. The property is a 10/10!! I can not wait to call this place my home!
