UPDATE: Response from owner, why provide a phone number if you dont answer phones? Nothing will get resolved. It never gets resolved. Theres an alarm problem here, theres a noise problem, theres a maintenence problem, theres a problem reaching the leasing office and as you can see, the problems are endless. They will only send out a generic email and not enforce anything.
I rarely write reviews but the fire alarms constantly going off is a huge issue here. You cant work or sleep because it keeps going off. Its so bad that you would never take it seriously if there was a true fire. Thats how many false alarms there are.
Its also hard to get in touch with anyone at the leasing office. They dont answer the phones, requests or emails.
The fire alarm situation has become unbearable. If they raise your rent, I would try and argue that because of the fire alarm and the lack of care by the owners.

I just want to say that the Bell Frisco Market Center staff is the BEST apartment staff I've ever dealt with!! They are professional, kind, and considerate, and they feel like family to me! That's why I love living here so much, not just because the apartments are nice, but the staff makes it feel like a GREAT environment. I love the staff so much!

Gavin is the only and super helpful maintenance worker! He gave great advice and came at a timely manner even though your system takes forever to get help when I got it he was super quick and friendly

Joanna Platt is rude and unprofessional. If yelling and having attitude with people coming for tours is the standard business practice here I would hate to be a resident.

Just moved in and everyone from Eileen to Jake in the front office made us feel right at home. They were so pleasant and helpful. When getting me squared away Jhoanna and India were awesome making it so easy to get all set up and moved in. Such a great place to live!
