Recently moved in on a Saturday. No one in the office did a walk through of the apartment the day of. When I arrived to the apartment, I notice the floors were dirty. Lets not get started on the bathrooms. They were disgusting! Hair and dirt was everywhere in the bathtubs, in the sinks, and on the counters. It looked like no one cleaned the apartment since the previous tenants moved out. Then the refrigerator was disgusting, also full of hair and food residue. Then to top it off the toilet seats were wrapped in a pretty grey bow, however when removing the bow once again I noticed the toilet seats were dirty with residue around them. Disgusting ! Why would you wrap a bow around a dirty used toilet seat? Have the decency to change the toilet seats at least before wrapping them in a bow and way before another tenant moves in. That is ridiculous for the price you pay in rent ($2500+).

So let's just start out saying that it is a lovely property but the negatives My mom went to apply for a apartment and was told to $150 down the same day to hold the apartment buy manger and fill out out applications never heard anything back a week later they are asking for 4 check stubs within 24hrs after calling after 4 pm on a Friday.
The apartment was supposed to be $1128 but they let it go to low so the thing is sing lease and it has to be done now sign or we will terminate contact
I look at lease and it has $1448 smh then it was need half of first month rent no problem but why it does it has to be turned in 24 hours as well once again. Not to mention can't get $150 back its a scheme they are using so I will take matters into my own and communicate with FAIR HOUSING about getting deposit back for my mother
Save yourself the trouble and go to another property we found a brand new property better prices, specials overall phenomenon office managers at new property

I went pass this apartment in building 9 and top floor when I saw these Halloween Decorations. I was totally amazed especially when I found out that the woman living there doesnt have any children. Hands down to the woman living there and for what she does year after year for their apartment community children who live here.
