Ive appreciated my time @Bell Starwood with the help of Management team, Brayden and Daniel. The location is phenomenal with great amenities locally and @ your residence. Should you be considering a relocating to Frisco, Tx, Id highly recommend contacting this team.

They do not fix anything well. I've had a problem with my dishwasher for a couple weeks now and they can't fix it or they don't want to and they don't follow up.

I've lived at Bell Starwood for a couple months now and I have to say I truly feel at home. Tanner left a great first impression with my daughter and I and has made us feel at home ever since. He's outgoing, kind and always has a smile on his face. Tanner, Sam and Brayden never fail to leave you feeling heard and taken care of, they work as a team to ensure customer service at its best and I feel like that is rare in an apartment management team. You can just tell when people have a heart for the people they strive to care for everyday. Junior, head maintenance, is the kindest most outgoing person - he knows this complex like the back of his hand and always willing to help with anything you need! If you read a bad review its most likely because they were very impatient and thought they were the only resident in the whole complex.
