As an apartment locator, I can honestly say that Brea delivered a thorough and professional leasing experience for both my client and I. My client knew from the time she stepped foot into Brea and was greeted so pleasantly that this is where she wanted to live. Love the amenities (theatre, saltwater pool and others) and the friendly staff. I will happily refer more clients to this place.

I am SOOO happy I found Brea Frisco!! I cant say enough good things about my move-in experience and time here so far. The leasing office is by far the most helpful, communicative, and on-it crew Ive ever rented from, and Ive lived in seven different apartment complexes. Rae especially went above and beyond to make my move in experience a breeze. Shes simply the best and so is Brea Frisco!!

I have been living in Brea Frisco for about 6 months now.
One complaint I have is the water bill. I never use enough water to be charged more than the base charges. The base charges, admin fees, and other fees add up to almost $80 every month which is actually insane for a one bedroom apartment.
First off, Jonathon was wonderful helping me sign my lease and making sure I could still take advantage of the special they had going on at the time. Everyone in the office has been prompt with helping me whenever I have questions or concerns. I got overcharged for something and someone in the office immediately took care of it for me when I brought it to their attention
Living here is nice. People are nice and respectful and always say hello. I have never had a major problem with my unit. I did submit a work request about my sink and shower smelling like sewage/water smells funny sometimes but I don't think that ever got resolved. But other work requests have been resolved promptly. As far as noise goes, its an aparment. I don't know what people expect. You are going to hear your neighbors. But so far, I feel that everyone does their best to be respectful. I feel safe which is the most important. Gate has always worked since I have been here.
I think the rent price is quite high for what you get compared to the nicer high rises / more modern buildings but I think they did that to offset the cost of the move in special.
