Awesome community, always clean and the office is the best! Shout out to KEVIN at the office who was so helpful, kind and straight forward with me at move in!! If you are looking to visit the property ask for Kevin!

Decent apartment. cheap appliances, space seems smaller They rarely bother with inspection, maybe 3 visits in a year. Only thing I didn't like is the head maintenance guy wouldn't let me install my allergy filters, instead he said the only filters allowed are the fiberglass filters, office staff told me that the maintenance guy makes the final decision, so for this reason we moved out. I would have stayed longer if they let me put my allergy filters. Also you get no keys to the filter closet. Parking is open and first come first serve, good luck when it hails. also had Mail issues a few times with the office and their locker boxes.

New management team sucks!!!!! Please dont move here the property is always dirty and debris all of the place. Not to mention this is bugs and birds city.dead birds be everywhere and bugs yuck!!!!! BEWARE
