Gorgeous property with top of the line amenities like a salt water pool, high-end gym equipment and 24 hour resident center. Apartment finishes are top quality with thoughtful layouts that maximize the space, and some even come with attached garages beneath the apartment. The unit i chose overlooks a nature preserve with unobstructed views which is priceless. The leasing office is stunning and the staff were inviting and incredibly helpful. If you are looking for an apartment in North Dallas, I highly recommend doing yourself a service and checking out Alaqua at Frisco

Ive been here for a 1.5 years. I moved here bc Frisco has really great schools and the area is nice and safe. I viewed this place about 9 months prior to moving in. I chose this place because the complex was smaller in comparison to other places with tons of apartment buildings which for me means prompt service if needed. And I loved the room spaces and master bathroom size. It is quiet here, the staff are very nice and responsive to concerns and maintenance needs. The staff here are super engaging with the residents, they have events for the residents with games/food and pet of the month rewards as well so I think that is super nice. I would definitely love it if there were more amenities to make the place feel more family and community oriented. There are no family friendly entertainment amenities outside of the pool and fire pit. A ball court or volleyball area would be nice. A pool table in the clubhouse would also be nice. And 24 hr clubhouse access would be nice. But Overall, I love it here and Im happy with my choice. Holly is great by the way !!!

I've been here for over a year, and my experience has been okay. The positives include Holly, who was kind and helpful during the lease signing and has stayed the same. The floor plans are spacious, parking is ample, and the maintenance team is quick to address requests, sometimes on the same day. On the downside, leasing manager Kristen is rude and tends to overtalk without letting me finish addressing any concerns. The gym and pool aren't well-maintained, and there are issues with the building's foundation causing pests to get in. I live on the first floor, and I can see small roaches and crickets crawling in from under the door and walls. Overall, it's livable, but the rent isn't justified. For what I'm paying, I expect a better gym and a clubhouse with 24/7 (or at least extended) access for residents.
