        Worst apartment ever Very old apartment and they dont maintain at all Maintenance orders takes 3 weeks to come and fix it and some time they dont come to fix at all Stairs and hallways are disgusting Piles and piles of trash bags around dumpster on weekends because nobody is working on weekends and when guests come to visit thats the first thing they see because its on the entrance next to the leasing office Dont leave any kids bikes or stroller on hallways or under stairs because my sons bike was stolen They dont clean the pool at all when summer finishes so it looks disgusting for at least 3-4 months Plus i never seen the gate closed even once at night time or daytime for the whole lease term and every time i ask them to fix it they answer the approval should come from upper management and they never approved it because we have to change the whole gate system Im glad my lease ended and i moved out

        I live next to this community and they have what I assume is little to no standards for people they rent to, theres a modified mustang that is straight piped that is very loud when starting, several trashy vehicles, one apartment has a pit bull that is repeatedly left outside for hours constantly barking while also being left off leash when the owner is actually home, and the police are regularly seen here for various reasons. This community is a dark spot in Frisco, which as a whole is a great place to live, assuming you live anywhere but here

        Worst apartments. This is the 3rd time we are experiencing water issue in a year. they won't inform you before about anything. In a row 3 days we suffered without water on Dec 2022 and later happened few days in 2023 and again in 2024 now

        As a resident, I have had a few dealings with the office. Whenever I have an issue of concern, I can count on James Catlin, Community Manager, to respond promptly and resolve any issues timely. Having had difficult experiences with prior properties - it is refreshing to deal with someone like James who is actually genuinely concerned with helping folks enjoy their homes. It seems as though he is building a culture of folks to work there that will share that same approach.

      image Worst apartment ever
      Very old apartment and they dont maintain at all

      Hi, Fareed. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your time with us at Stonebriar. As we strive to keep our community clean, this is why our policy does not allow for the storage of personal items under the stairs, as it is not only our policy, but also a violation of city code. Our incident reports indicate that we deducted the cost of your son's stolen bike out of your move-out balance as a courtesy.We also work hard to keep up with maintenance requests as they come in. That being said, our records do indicate we replaced the gate last year when issues arose and it has been fully functioning since. As for the pool, since our pool is open year-round, we conduct standard maintenance year round to insure the water is clean and suitable for our residents. Thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. We would love to speak with you in person or over the phone to discuss your experience in more detail to see how we can prevent situations like yours for future residents.
