They are not friendly and come across very stuck up! I would rather move somewhere else the comment below also says management is racist no thanks!

Ive had a great experience so far!! Im so confused by the negative comments. I havent moved in yet but I move in soon and the application process was not a hassle for me like some other reviews have mentioned. Management has also been SO helpful. They always answer the phone, which is important to me. Kelsee has been amazing and answered all of the questions and concerns that I had while touring and applying. Im excited to move and hope everything stays just as great.

The application process was a headache. This property acts as if they are too busy to care. So I decided to withdraw my application and go with a different brand new property. Since then they have given me three different dates on when I will get my deposit back. They dont care thats the problem they dont make an effort they just make broken promises. Im glad I went with a different property that made my move in and application process simple and easy. The management of this property is not at all accomodating.

I wasted $350 on the application fee!
The management will force you and treat you like dirt during application. First they didnt want to honor the locator service , second, the 2 months free rent that didnt want to honor but the promotion been on going since last year December 2023, third , they cancel my application once Im still browsing around. And they told me to repay another $350 for application again! This is a nasty management treat people with no respect.
