        Stopped by today to inquire about availability and Dominique was such a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, Polite, Professional, and a great sense of humor. I cracked a few Instacart jokes which he found to be hilarious. Took a drive through the complex and it is very well maintained. Looking forward to becoming a new resident in the future.

        Jeni and Dom are absolutely amazing. They always smile and have a positive attitude. The apartments are taken care of and look beautiful! I highly recommend anyone who's looking to move to Frisco to check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

        Great place to live. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Ive been here for 8 years or more. Like every place its not perfect. Our new manager Mr Dominque has made some great positive changes and he is on it. Ms Jenny is wonderful she brightens up the front office. Our maintenance guy Mr Nigel has been holding it down he is amazing keeping our apts working. A new guy Mr Ray J nice as well and very professional! Oh and have I stated Mr Dom is awesome! Hes very helpful and listens to the residents if you actually take the time to speak to him hes a great person! Ms Tee :)
