image I have been staying in Cool springs from 6 months. Initially it was all through text communication right from the tour till move in and leasing office is not active in the premises. It was little unusual way for me at least but the process went without any hassle. Recently they reopened leasing office and Issac is really helpful and courteous. We have several work orders which got completed within 24 hours. Issac is always reachable and make sure to complete the requests. The one advantage I see here to other communities is, the parking facility .. yes ..the attached garage to all floors make it easier who dont want to take steps even if you are living in top floor. Also no hail risk :-) Target is just behind the community and you are living in prime retail business area with dozens of restaurants and stonebrair mall is just other side of the road. Also they completed new paining work which is really cool now. The leasing office arranged frequent Friday fun activities as well. I see some of the negative reviews may be because of earlier mode of operations but after opening of leasing office its now totally changed. I see there is a serious commitment to improve the quality of living from UDR and hope this will continue. Overall we love the community and service.

image Google review really needs to include -10/10 here. Because that is the rating that I would choose. After spending almost $3k so far, with all the fees and first rent required, my move-in date was supposed to be on Saturday 30th. I haven't moved in yet, and I regret signing a lease with Cool Springs. I received a "welcome home" call saying that the apartment was ready to move-in (Saturday), and it looks so good. When we first checked the apartment, this was so disappointing. The apartment was dirty, every single AC vent was filled with dust, and one had mold on it. Besides the terrible cleanliness , when we checked the bathroom it was the worst. The shower head was leaking towards the ceiling, causing damage to the wall behind it. Vinyl floor around tub, toilet and vanity all unglued, causing air bubbles raising the tiles looking uneven. Vanity drawer is really hard to open. Exhaust fan switch crooked. All those things I mentioned over the phone on Saturday, and Jesus sent me the inventory to be signed. He assured me that on Monday the maintenance team would take care of everything. I waited and on Monday when they said "everything is good now" I inspected the apartment again and the only thing they fixed was the caulk on the wall behind the shower. I complained again and they said that they would fix Tuesday, and it was the same. Tuesday I stopped by the office and spoke with Isaac, who said that would send the maintenance team again and house cleaners to clean today. So.... Guess what? They fixed only the bathroom switch. I would like to cancel the lease, but they charge another $3k so I can leave. Please, if you're thinking of renting an apartment here, DON'T DO IT. The most frustrating thing is that I tried to communicate and be patient, but it didn't work.

image I'm a pregnant woman. There's a children's inconvenience and a flop from the apartment above me at night and in the morning, and all the time I can't stand this inconvenience and there is the smell of marjuana. I applied more than one complaint to the office, but no one takes my words, I can't breathe, so I had to write here. I want an immediate solution or get out of this building without any costs.

image I stayed Cool Springs for 1 year and after I left they didn't returned my security deposit. When I checked with them they told me that they has already sent the cashier check and it is encased. I told them that neither me and nor my wife has claimed so earlier they said that the can't help on this. Later I have checked with Bank from which they have prepared the cashier check and Bank told me to submit a fraud claim. As I can't submit a fraud claim so I asked Cool Springs to submit it. After that I don't know whether they have submitted the fraud claim or not but whenever I am checking with them they are always saying that they didn't got any update from the bank. It's been more then six month I have left Cool Springs and still they haven't return my security deposit. I have waited for more then six months before I write this review. Guy's please don't believe in them.
