I own a coffee cart business and was hired by Ginger, the property manager, for a community event. She was such a pleasure to work with! Absolutely love her! We had a great turn out, in fact it was BETTER than we anticipated! I work with a lot of different clients, and she has been one of my favorites to work with! While I don't live there, the residents all seemed to really love it there! We're looking forward to being back very soon.

I cannot and will not recommend the Isaac, especially apartment #3075! Because it was that horrible, it motivated me to buy a Home. Im a very proud owner of a brand new house. First of all, moving into this apartment, which had only been inhabited by 1 other tenant before me, the washer and dryer in apartment #3075 was caked with pet hair. Even after maintenance cleaned it I would still find pet hair on my clothes but what can you do when you sign a 15 months lease? Then for a good 7 months I dealt with my neighbor arguing with her boyfriend for hours at night. To the point where it would wake me from a deep sleep. Then I had to get management and Frisco PD involved. Mind you her boyfriend was not on the lease. Not to mention, she leaves her dog for hours in a cage so he howls for hours on end. It was resolved then right before we moved it started again. Then to top it off, after moving out on good terms, meaning rent paid timely and I was never a bother to any neighbor, we got a move out bill for $2078! I made management aware in November 2023 that a small rectangular area of tile was lifting. They said it could be replaced but the replacement wouldnt match the rest of the tile. They said theyd fix it once we move out. They never forwarned us what it might cost. Now they want $1445 for that. On this basis, dont move here! Ive rented for 15 years with no issues and now this! Go to an older, better made building. These newer buildings are made cheaply and it sets up tenants for failure

I have been living at the Isaacs for almost 2 yrs now. The atmosphere from the moment you walk into the lobby you feel a taste of elegance. The leasing staff are welcoming and Pleasant. As a resident I have been treated the same way as when I first arrived to view the models, not that feeling of first impression to get you and will go away once I signed the lease. Not true at all. We even have a first class coffee bar in the lobby!! I cant explain all the amenities to many to give it justice. Come see for yourself. Karrie P

Have lived at the Isaac for nearly a year and highly recommend it. Both the office and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. The amenities and property are well kept and maintenance work is handled promptly. If you're looking for an apartment in Frisco, put the Isaac at the top of your list.

We've been residents here for 2 years now, and we used to absolutely love living here under Rodney's management; he was exceptional. However, since his departure, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of service. Initially, we were promised monthly community events to foster a sense of community, but unfortunately, that commitment has not been upheld. Additionally, we were informed that we would be provided with water filters for the fridge, but now we're expected to purchase them ourselves. Perhaps the most disappointing change is the state of the coffee machine. Previously, it was always operational, but now it seems to be out of order every time I go to grab some coffee, and to add to the frustration, the complex no longer provides coffee cups under the guise of being "environmentally conscious". Ridiculous. These recent changes have made the apartment complex feel CHEAP and lacking in quality under the new management. Despite these issues, I've rated it two stars as the amenities and location are still pleasant.
