        have been living here for 6 months. very nice community to live. kids play at the park, schools are good. Maintenance is prompt. Carlos will stand out. every time i raised a ticket he came and fixed it. they have even replaced our washer as it was making lot of noise.

        I had a great experience moving it. The reason for the low review is mostly for the maintenance issues and being told that they will come and then dont show up.

        Apartment had a foul odor, showers dirty just nasty & A/c off for 3 days etc. dont move here
