The area is very nice for children, they can go out and play.... Only, the ladies in the office tend to be rude sometimes, when talking to the client....but otherwise, it is very calm

The apartments are good but the attention to new people who arrive apply as well as to the people who already reside in the property is totally horrible and the ladies Virginia and Yolanda who are in the office are super arrogant and rude. They do their job in an arrogant and racist way and are always with their big angry faces. They do not know how to speak to a client or a resident. These two ladies have a lot to learn. They should replace them with people who are trained and know how to do their jobs professionally. Virginia and Yolanda need a lot of education, a lot of ethics. Everything they do is for their own convenience. They don't care if the residents are happy or not. The only thing that matters to them is that they are well. They mistreat everyone there. They should go and train them better so they can keep working there. As the owner, I already replaced them a long time ago.

Ppl in office are very friendly, and welcoming you to your new home .but as for the Apts themselves they really need to be duct out and start a new design in floor plan, 2 br has the worst floor plan. 3br has a closet as a bedroom , oh and always unvited guess that don't bother to knock .They just crawl on in .(ROACHES)
