Love living here! My apartment is so well appointed and maintained and Barbara in the office has been so helpful! I feel safe living here and love the location!

Apartment built bad, can hear every footstep of the people above you, every flush, water dripping in the walls. When I moved in - pipes were busted, fridge broke and I lost hundreds of dollars of groceries, etc. Dishwasher doesn't dry properly. Can hear trains squeaking/stopping, every car and dog walking even 3 stories up. Basically the walls are built out of paper. The footsteps of the people above me are far louder than my own footsteps in my own home because of the build of the place. Basically paying premium price for something you can get for $1,000 in any other state..moving out at the end of my lease.

Barbara set and organized and event for Pi day to give back to the residents and she was so easy and pleasant to work with. She also put us in contact with other complexes for future events. Great experience and look forward to working together again soon!

I would like to say that may experience at Waterford Market has been awesome! I have been living here since July 2023 and the staff Annie, Barbara, Jamie, and Griffin has been amazing and very accommodating.

Highly recommend! Public areas are clean, office staff is attentive and maintenance crew is very responsive.
