The Plaza at Frisco Square Apartments

We love it here but we did notice ever since Kelsey and Kevin left, the community activities stopped. Every month, they would host something for the residents to enjoy. We looked forward to those since we dont have many amenities. Please bring those back.

As a new tenant, I cannot say enough positive things about Kevin Hoffman and Kelce at this sweet property! Kevin is exceptional and they both seem to go above an beyond to ensure I had a smooth move-in process here. This management is extremely professional, available and super responsive! I am so happy to be here in my new domain, have met some very nice neighbors with their adorable pets as well...... I am very happy and grateful to be living here and look forward to enjoying my new apartment in the coming year ahead! Thank you so much, Audrey

Weve officially been here a month and so far so good. We love it here! Neighbors are friendly, grounds are always well kept, hallways smells great and are clean. Some neighbors have a hard time following instructions in the trash room but thats expected, right? Not a big deal as of now. The Management/leasing team has literally the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced. Any issues? Theyre on it and its fixed within 24 hours. I hope the management/leasing team never changes or become bought out like other complexes.
