Booked a tour, told exact name of apartment I wanted, got response back in details of apartment. Drove over an hour only to be told apartments not up for lease.. So you can provide response online but can't also add apartment is unavailable? Its certain things like this that make you question management or even if its worth living somewhere if information seems to be easily.. Lost.

Having lived in several apartment complexes across the area, I can confidently say that the management team at Vineyards stands out as one of the best. Jessica, Jennifer, Michele and Laura have been instrumental in making my experience here truly exceptional.
Their professionalism and dedication to resident satisfaction are unmatched. Whenever I needed assistance or had inquiries, they were always quick to respond and resolve any issues promptly.
Compared to my experiences elsewhere, the level of service provided by this team is truly remarkable. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made living here a pleasure.

Great place! We have been here for 5 year and loving it!The management is excellent! Special thanks to Laura, Jennifer and Jessica for always accommodating any needs that we might have! Great maintenance! Very well maintained and secure property! Great location! Definitely recommend!

Overall, this is a good community to live in. I have lived here for about two years now. I have worked with Jessica and Jennifer several times and their customer services have been nothing but amazing. Michele and Laura are also always there to help. All my work orders and complaints have been taken care of without any issues. I enjoy spending time playing the pool located in the front office. The gym and the swimming pool are awesome. The staff also helps to connect people in the community by organizing several occasions throughout the year which I think is a great idea for meeting your neighbors. Parking has not been a problem since I moved here. Yes of course there is always room for improvement and I believe the management is committed to ensuring that will happen within reason. I recommend this community to anyone out there looking for a decent and safe place to live!
