        I recently just moved to The Carmichael and I am very happy that I chose these apartments! Jeselle in front office helped me with the process & she was amazing . She was very communicative and persistent with keeping me updated on everything & making the process so much smooth for me . Definitely made my moving experience great .Im new to Frisco & I love the area & aesthetic!

        I have lived here for 13 months and love it! It is such a blessing to live in a complex that is safe and has staff/management that always answer questions expeditiously. Maintenance is great, doesnt take them longer than a day to complete requests. The area overall is great, safe, quiet and clean. My only request would be to have more security as an extra precaution although its not needed

        I requested a carpet cleaning and TC delivered. The tech arrived ready to completer the request. I continued to run errands. When I returned 1 hour or so later he was done, apartment locked up and carpet was done! Thanks
