I went to view this property last week and I was very impressed with the office staff and property appearance. The office staff was so nice and I believe it was the manager who also greeted me with such a warm and inviting welcome. Beautiful community.

I think this complex deserves my positive review. For starters Jalin (I hope I am writing his name right) was wonderful when I came in for a tour. All of the staff Ive contacted so far: Elliot, Jalin, and one really sweet lady with the classes with a desk at the far right have been nothing but helpful towards me. The A2 floor plan (a one bedroom apartment with a 756 square footage) is under 1.5K a month here. Considering this is the developed , Stonebriar area in Frisco that is exceptional pricing. I could have gotten an A2 for $1250 a month here if I wanted to, but I chose a first floor instead. I did, however, get 1K off my first full month for choosing to live in building 2 instead of resort style. If you dont mind second or third floor, this could help you live in a large apartment for a really good price in a lavish area of town. They waived my application and admin fee ($235 worth) for being a Frisco ISD teacher. Thank you for being a complex that supports FISD educators. They also held my unit for 45 until I was able to move out of my old lease. My unit was available in late February and I was still able to move into it in early April. My maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner in my opinion. Max 48 hours. My apartment is along the main street of the neighborhood, it is in front of the parking garage, and close to the leasing office. While its location makes it a bit noisier, I am surprised that the noise is actually not that bad. Every now and then someone who revs their engine on purpose is heard or fire alarms but I really have only heard the fire alarms when Ive stepped outside of my unit. It might be because I live in building 2 though. One con is that guests have to park all the way at the top of the parking garage and have to register every 24 hours (the top of parking garage if you live in building 2 can be far from your unit and a hassle for your guests) but it leaves more parking for residents when you have that rule. So far, so good here.
