I reserved my truck days in advance. I got a call roughly 24 hours before time to pick up that they dont have any rental trucks. Awful service & no consideration!

Can't even get through to them on the phone, also left a voicemail last night,still haven't heard anything back.

Rented a lift. Stopped working after a day. UR sent a tech to fix it. Still didnt work. Asked for a discount. Said no and charged full price for an unusable lift.
