Russell G has been so helpful and caring the past couple of times Ive rented from this location. I had a problem with my hitch and instead of him just hooking up the trailer and saying all set he made sure it was the correct way because he CARED for my safety. I hade rented multiple times here prior to Russell helping and not once did someone say anything or help me. He truly cares about his customers and its not just a paycheck for him! Highly satisfied with his customer service

Rented a truck and drove it a total of 47 miles, they claimed it had a full tank when it only had 1/8, then said because we didnt take a picture of the fuel gauge before that we had to pay the full price of a full tank. Beware of this scammer location. 47 miles doesnt drain an entire tank unless these trucks get around 2 miles a gallon. Either way complete ripoff.

There was one person working the front desk. I arrived on time for my reservation & still ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my equipment. The dollys I reserved and paid for were not available, making my live even harder. The truck was only gassed up to half a tank. To make it all worse, my reservation was for 4:00pm for 4 hours, and I didnt get my equipment until after 4:45pm and the associate still had the nerve to say, youll need to return everything by 8 pm, as if 45 minutes if my reservation wasnt wasted waiting at their location. The associate was friendly, along witg every other U-Haul worker I encountered, though they had none of my items ready. This location needs some serious customer service/experience training and a review of their business practices because those of us coming in spending hundreds of dollars should not be subject to subpar quality service.

Going to Uhaul is always a nightmare. It's about as fun as going to the DMV. Unfortunately, there is nowhere else near me to get propane for the camper. Attendants are slow, Computers are always "down". Half the time the propane is "out of order", which means I have to go to the other Uhaul near me which is just as bad. C'mon Uhaul. Get it together.
