Herc Rentals

I was renting a truck from longhorn. Than here took over. I was on auto pay with longhorn and had been for years. Then when herc took over they stopped auto billing then 3 months later sent me an invoice for 600 more per month. I tried to resolve this but they just kept saying the rate was right. They charged me for a larger truck rental.scam much. Now they have me in collections.

This business was previously Longhorn Rentals and you can tell the difference. They do not rent to individuals, nor do they rent passenger vehicles. The truck we rented was in bad shape, dents, missing pieces, and a check engine light. The service was sub-par and I will try to use other businesses before I return.

Rented from Longhorn Rental for over 20 years. After Herc Rental took over they would not rent the F250 trucks to us anymore because we weren't a business. Pretty sorry !!!! 20 years of a good customer gone. We were dedicated to Longhorn Rentals. Herc Rentals is not dedicated to anyone apparently. Big Corporation wins again. Good luck with your new business plan.
