I turned in a tow rig I rented south of San Antonio to drive my old car back to Austin behind the truck I purchased. The rep that helped me was personable, patient, and professional- a five star experience!

Terrible experience at this location. First, Ill admit I was late to my appt but that is because I thought I had a secured reservation. When I arrived there was no dolly available, no mobile check in, and my blankets were not ready and loaded. All of which I had reserved. Then, the lady was so rude to me behind the counter, stating dollys are in high demand and not guaranteed. My mover specifically asked for a dolly due to heavy furniture. Then she went on to try and text me links to sign onto the system but none went through. She actually asked to show her my phone like I was lying about not getting her texts. Bottom line - nothing worked liked it was supposed to at this location and the staff was so rude. When I called UHaul main number to file a complaint about the location, they also blamed me by stating I was late and dollys arent guaranteed. So I went back to my rental agreement - no where does it say your reservation may be altered due to equipment not available. This location is terrible. Go to the one right up the street on 35 - they are lovely!!!!

Scam alert The manager will try to get you to cancel your mobile check in to screw over because the app is the only thing protecting you from them over charging you.
