      image Poor scheduling on pickup. Roll your dice, don't count on what your Uhaul appointment says. I had to make a 50 mile round trip just to get my auto transport due to the manager.

      image Had an issue with trailer light module that turned out to be incorrectly installed by previous dealer. Joseph and Romeo got it fixed and got me a trailer that fit exactly what I needed. Excellent service!

      image Took a friend there, she was told she would be able to pick up the uhaul after hours and found out her paperwork wasn't completed. The whole situation was unpleasant. They really put us in a bind.
