Just moved in and no problems so far

This place is crawling with cockroaches and other bugs

John the manager is so sweet, really helpful place. Yes the rent is a bit high for the area but overall this place definitely isnt as bad as the reviews make it to be.

Very dissatisfied, too many cockroaches, old appliances, bathroom tubs in poor condition, nails coming out of the carpet floor, total disappointment.

The lady that is supposed to be over seeing the Application is very unprofessional.

Maintenance guy is unreliable. They do not fix things correctly, they Micky Mouse it. I have more maintenance knowledge than them.
