    Moving people into a building youre currently renovating without warning them is pretty skeevy. I havent slept well in 6 months. So much was broken in my apartment when I moved in- showers, washing machine, ice maker, sink drains, electrical sockets. You name it. Maintenance is responsive but their request system is broken. You send in a singular request for several things at once, which is how they prefer you to do it rather than individual requests for each issue. Theyll come out and handle one or two projects, say theyre going to come back, mark your request as completed, and then completely forget you exist. The walls are so thin, they might as well not be there. I can hear conversations being had in the breezeway and the parking lot. I hear my neighbors yelling at each other sometimes. I hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes- sometimes it literally shakes my bedroom walls. My window sills are so poorly sealed, I can feel strong gusts of wind coming through. Because of that, controlling the electric bill is a joke. The only good thing I can say is its calm outside- with only the occasional rude, loud neighbor that you cant escape living in apartment complexes. They keep the landscaping well maintained but be prepared to wake up early every Monday morning to the sound of a leaf blower right outside your window.

    The motto on the home page for the Presever at Westview is the most misleading.....this is "just a place to live." ***If you're looking to revisit your college years, sign a lease. ***If you're looking to grow up from your college years, KEEP MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!! Very misleading. Units are NOT renovated as claimed. **A fully renovated unit includes new appliances, flooring, carpet, fixtures, mirrors, so on and so forth. Appliances are very very OLD, from the mid 1980's. (stove, microwave, dishwasher, wash/dryer). Spray paint was used for that 'fresh coat of paint'. I mean, REALLY???!!! Within less than 4weeks of signing a lease, the pool was closed (and it had just opened) because people don't clean up after themselves. Broken glass all over the place. Garbage is an absolute nightmare: at the dumpsters and mailbox. Its disgusting!!!!! Take it or leave it, but I would NOT sign a lease with the Preserve at Westview. It truly is the Bizzaro-World!!!

    The place is nice enough. There are too many renters who don't clean up after their pets. The dog park was GROSS!

    I wish I could give 0 stars as I am dealing with a safety hazard! The previous door knob was fixed due to it being broken and the new door knob has also done the same thing. Maintenance was supposed to return to switch it out, but never did. I was locked inside the house and had no choice but to remove the entire doorknob in order to get out, as you can view the attached photos. Its currently 2:00 AM, On the emergency line for maintenance it stated that a broken doorknob is an emergency. However, I was informed that I will have to be sleeping like this tonight. With my door WIDE open where anyone can walk in while Im slumbering. Not to mention, if I close it there is a chance that I may need to leave as I am high risk and currently 32 weeks. Even after all of this information he said, I dont know what to tell you, call the office in the morning. He refused to give me his name and stated his name was maintenance. My OBGYN appointment is in the morning bright and early and its 100% chance I will be locked out upon returning home because the office doesnt open until 9:00 AM. And yes, I called a 24/7 locksmith before reaching out to emergency maintenance. Im truly in disbelief that I have to sleep with my FRONT DOOR open.

    Cant beat the price compared to other apartments in the same area. Staff is communicative and has always addressed my concerns. Great dog park in the back of the complex and great location. Never had a problem since Ive been living here.
