They told me that they offer great discounts for BMW factory employees. Then when it came to starting the paperwork for the apartment they said they know nothing about any type of discount for BMW employees. Like witch is it?

Moved into West Chase for a month now and I have to say it's a fantastic apartment complex. Chanda and Katie are always super fast at getting back to us and the maintenance team is super friendly. The parking is ample, the heat isolation is great, the neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is beautiful.Negative part is internet is really hard to setup, you have to use the spectrum internet they provided thru a very old software. I had to hack my printer to get the printer MAC address to connect it via wifi, it's tedious.Overall I'm glad I moved here.

The apartment complex overall is a quiet and kind community, real kept to itself. However, our AC has been out for the better part of 5 days. All during the hottest week of the year so far. I was hospitalized due to heat related issues, only to be released to a still scorching apartment. We were given a temporary portable AC unit, ONE OF WHICH BARELY KEEPS A SINGLE BEDROOM LIVEABLE LET ALONE AN ENTIRE APARTMENT. The fix on our AC unit we thought would help us only opened the door to another problem that also needs to be fixed before we have any form of living AC. Our dogs are suffering, the residents are suffering and I genuinely feel like the apartment staff does not care or understand the severity of the heat a 3rd floor apartment feels during a heat wave like this. West chase apartments has truly let us down during this life threatening weather scourge weve had. I have no idea where else to turn other to to write a review warning potential future residents that this too may become their experience.

I have lived here for about four months, and I am very pleased with my stay. The parking is ample, the owner never bother anyone regarding parking. It's never an issue here and you are never afraid your car will be towed. The noise level is very low, the neighbors are quiet and there is never loud music or party. The windows do a good job at keeping the noise level down. I never hear anything from my neighbors. The isolation is phenomenal, apartment is never too cold and the heater barely turns on. Saves a lot on electric bills. Staff are friendly and respect your privacy. They never try to go into your apartment and setup fun events for you. Although I never go but it's still really nice. If you need anything fixed they have a good system and things get fixed very fast. The fees are very upfront and you only need to setup your electricity and renter's insurance. The apartment includes laundry machine which is great. They also have serviceman picking up trash from in front of your door. Apartment is also always looking to improve. They just announced they will upgrade everyone's internet for free, which is really nice to see. Overall I'm very glad I moved here.
