There is no way that I, in good conscience, can write all the many things that should tell you to avoid this place. You dont have that much time! I dont either, but I dont want anyone to go through what I have while I have been here. If interested, feel free to reach out to me for not just words but proof.

The apartment are amazing and very spacious. I am upset about one thing bugs. Bugs are a problem at my apartment I dont know its just mine or what about it after the first week I had two big water bugs in my bed and had pest control come in multiple times that they recommended me and Im still having problems and Im kind of ready to move out already but I have a 13 month lease that I got a wait out.

My satisfaction with the community has greatly declined since move in. Maintenance is slow to respond, sometimes needing multiple follow ups to get stuff done. The management frequently is too busy address resident concerns. (I bet they will reply to this and say sorry! reach out directly with concerns but it falls of deaf ears). There are some people with questionable backgrounds that live here and the outside doors are very loose/dont lock at all. If you respect your privacy, they are bad about doing routine checks without notice. The overflow trash situation is very problematic and gross. I do like how cheap the places are, but you do get what you pay for. Notice: if you are a person with disabilities, the ADA & emergency parking regulations are not enforced at all!
