Great neighborhood in a very calm and peaceful location. Very close to Downtown Greer and Century Park! My son and I walk to the park every weekend. Very nice community!

Nice houses, lots of shade and friendly neighbors. 2 pools and a walking trail by the river. In Greenville but you pay Greer taxes that are much less.

A small residential community with independent houses. Neatly maintained.

At this time I would not recommend this builder/neighborhood. Tons of shortcuts were taken and little to no pride goes into the quality of these builds.
