I don't live here but I think their home's prices are expensive.

Nice houses, lots of shade and friendly neighbors. 2 pools and a walking trail by the river. In Greenville but you pay Greer taxes that are much less.

I visit there often. It is a well kept neighborhood. There are a lot of ducks and geese there because of the small pond!

Great place for living and have good neighbors

All the houses look the same. That's the only down fall to most subdivisions, including this one. The houses seem well built however.
