        I purchased my home in Gibson Crossing which is an SK Builders neighborhood. I built the Gibson Model. I really like how the neighborhood looked. The homes are nice looking. What I really liked is SK Builders were the only neighborhood builder in this area that would let me do some customizing of the home. For example I changed the height of some of my ceilings, changed my master bath , and lengthened my garage 4 ft. SK builders took care of any issues we found before my closing. I have not moved in yet, so I cant give anymore information about the home until Ive lived in it for awhile, however Im very satisfied right now.

        My husband and I purchased our SK home April of 2023. This is my 2nd new build that Ive owned. As with anything new and man-made, there have been challenges especially with having a crawl space due to the home settling which has caused issues with the floor. Each time Ive called Brandon at SK and he has come out to fix it or sent someone to fix it. With the 3 month walkthrough, it took some time to get repairs started but once we had the first repair done SK stayed consistent. Ive been able to text Brandon whenever I have questions about contractors and he has answered. We will have our 1 year walkthrough soon and Im hopeful everything will go well. Overall, Ive been pleased with the customer service and with my home even with the hiccups that have occurred. Making things right is what matters to me and I feel that SK is doing just that.
