Man, this is such a bummer. I really feel for the staff working at the pharmacy as it seems like there are major systemic/management/corporate issues at play here. Ive been trying to get my prescription transferred over from Kaiser to Rite Aid for two weeks now. I initially tried to use the online form, but it continued to throw an error message. I spoke to a nice person who said they would contact Kaiser and get it transferred over. I am unsure if that ever happened or if this is an issue on Kaisers behalf but when I came in 5 days later to pick up, it had not been transferred. I provided the info again, and when I returned it had still not been filled.
There is zero communication so I have to show up and wait in line to find out they didnt get ahold of Kaiser. It is sporadic that I am able to reach anyone on the phone at Rite Aid.
Kaiser is a common pharmacy and there are several ways Rite Aid could get ahold of that pharmacy if the fax option didnt work. I cannot imagine I am the first person who has transferred RXs from Kaiser to rite aid so I really struggle to see why, other than not having the staff, they would be unable to contact Kaiser.
I hope working conditions improve for the employees here. They seem to be in a tough position.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They can't wait to cut you off and interrupt you when you're trying to talk. This goes for ALL THEIR STORES since I have called all of them! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! EVER! They don't care about the customer! They only care about themselves, and how quickly they can get off the phone to sit there on their a$$ and do NOTHING! I do NOT RECOMMEND ANY RITE AID STORES! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
