        I have called this pharmacy 3 times today. Ive been placed on hold each time for 40-50 minutes only to be disconnected. After the 3rd time I still have not been able to speak to anyone. I am trying to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. My new pharmacy has tried to contact them 5+ times and they have not responded. This pharmacy is grossly negligent. I would avoid it all costs.

        I thought Id stop by cvs to grab a drink after a 3 mile run a grant park. However I had to use the restroom. Willow the associate at the front was on a personal phone call, interrupted to ask to be let in the bathroom. She flat out lies and Said there isnt a public restroom. When Im fact I know there is because I worked at this location for CVS. Very disappointed on how I was treated.
