Had an appointment for my covid booster and arrived 10 minutes early and filled out paperwork and was processed by pharmacy clerk. I have now been waiting 25 minutes after my appointment. No other people have gotten shots while i have been here at the pharmacy(45 minutes).
You need more staff. My appointment was scheduled more than a week ago.

Trevor the general-manager has been very helpful. I stood back and watched how well he trained a new hire. As a business owner myself I am super impressed.
