The best pharmacy experience I've ever had. I had been having trouble with my insurance and was honestly pretty rude to the pharmacist, but despite that, he was so kind and helpful. They also put stickers and a handwritten note in my first order, which I loved. Previously I've gone to Safeway or CVS pharmacy, were they always seem annoyed that I'm there. This pharmacist seemed happy to be helping me. Thank you Capsule!

I switched to Capsule after a horrible experience with my previous pharmacy. I'm happy to say that, so far, my experience has been excellent. Delivery is always prompt, and when I was recently prescribed a new medicine and asked if I could fill it ASAP, they were able to accommodate. They respond very quickly to any questions via the chat function, and the one time I went there in person, the pharmacist was very patient and kind. If you're tired of feeling like an inconvenience every time you go to the pharmacy, or showing up only to discover they never filled your prescription, Capsule is a great alternative.

Originally, I posted a glowing review of Capsule! They were great: filled all my prescriptions with no problems, delivered on-time, responded to chat messages through the app super-quickly. Then, they decided to stop selling one of my medications. They gave no prior warning in advance, even though they apparently decided to stop selling it weeks before my next refill. So, I went to refill my prescription the week before I would run out, and Capsule told me that they would no longer be filling it, even though it was in stock with their supplier. They gave no justification for why. I ended up having to call a bunch of local pharmacies last-minute to see if they could fill my prescription before my next dosage, but it takes days to transfer a prescription out of Capsule, then days to ship a medicine from a supplier, so I'm actually just going without my medication for a week. Fortunately, this medication isn't one I'll get super-sick without, but it's hard for me to recommend a pharmacy that doesn't care enough to warn you about these kinds of things in advance. I would suggest you find another pharmacy with better customer service.
