      image I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half it's looking like two and a half hours. This was with an appointment. No I never used to experience this problem at Les Schwab in the past

      They had my tires in stock, even though they welre a hard to find size.
      They fixed a damaged lug without charging me.
      They replaced a pair of tires under warranty.

      There was a long wait for service.
      They charged too much for alignment.
