        It's pretty sad to buy new studded tires from Firestone in Medford to be told it would be $143.00 to have my tires switch out back to my regular tires after only 4 months. Called discount tires in Medford at was only charged 44.00. way to lose a customer

        Had my tires delivered here from TireRack.com. But, the manager said they weren't. While I was on the phone with TireRack trying to figure it out, after 30 minutes, the manager found my tires. I am happy with TireRack, but not happy with this Firestone installer. And no apology or even a thank you from Firestone's staff. Customer service training is needed in my opinion.
