My first couple of times dealing with this shop was great. Friendly, affordable, decent turn time. Loved it. Yesterday I went in to get tires for my wife's car and it was a completely different experience. I called ahead to get a quote on a full set of tires. I had checked around and the price was better than anywhere else locally. I confirm with the owner that they have the tires there. When I get there the fella I normally deal with tells me the owner is out getting the tires and will be back in about 20-30 min and also the price I was quoted over the phone didn't include the cost of recycling my old tires.... 45 min later the owner shows up and they start installing. The owner walks in with his sunglasses on and never takes them off. He tells me the alignment is off and it'll be another $80 to fix it. I tell him no thanks, I can't today, the tires already cost more than he told me over the phone so I can't do it today. The owner gets all aggravated, tells me it's the additional cost of balancing the tires. I say, it's fine, whatever, I've already paid let's just get it done so I can leave. He tells me it's not fine because his soul wants his customers to be happy. He starts calling other tire places to show me that everyone charges for balancing. I explain multiple times I don't care that it costs money, if it costs money than tell me that when I ask for a price. The price difference wasn't huge or anything I was just annoyed that I got 2 different stories about what the charge was for, so they can't get their story straight and why didn't they mention that price from the start? Anyway 10 minutes of the owner pushing this argument on me even though I've already paid and already said it's fine I just want to be done. I ask if my cars done yet or not and he walks away without saying anything more until my car is down off the lift. He shouts across the lobby "your car is done, you can leave now and next time don't come back, I don't like your attitude" I say nothing and leave. I would rather have paid more money at another shop just so I wouldn't be forced into an argument I don't care about. I've never had an experience like this. I've never dealt with an owner who would get in such an argument in the lobby of their business and keep provoking that argument. It was strange, uncomfortable and I felt trapped since my car was up on the lift and everything. Terrible. Not worth the savings. Don't go here.

Blew a tire in snow storm needed a temp used tired and he provided same day service and will be going back for a set of new all terrains!

Customer service was great and I love my rims!!! I was given additional information for follow up care which was great!
