      image Very poor experience at this dealership. Sales person that I dealt with used deceptive marketing ways. I have to drive an hour to get to this dealership to be surprised that what we agreed on on phone wasn't accurate. They were asking for "markup" when all other Honda dealerships around didn't ask for any. I bought a Honda car from nearby dealership 2 hrs after I entered their place. Day and night difference between them.

      image You can't make an oil change appt. So I showed up this morning and the line is four deep, a two-hour wait just to get in the door! Now I've wasted my time and gas on a trip across town for nothing and even though I have the lifetime oil change and have made one attempt at drop in service, they still wouldn't let me set an appt.
