Radisson Hotel Cleveland Airport West

Avoid this place at all costs.... until they renovate. Trust me please. Staff are awesome and great though, have to admit that much.

The dumpster view was perfect for my hotel experience. First let me note that the bar is closed and has been for years. The restaurant is also closed. So their own website is complete BS. They lost my reservation even though I got an email confirmation. Then when rebooking me they wanted to charge me $30 more than what I originally booked it for. This hotel smelled awful and was do dated and dingy. The pool was freezing and looked like it wasn't maintained. For the cost of the room vs the other local hotels you are better anywhere else. This place needs condemned.

They apparently had my room double booked and woke me up at midnight to verify my reservation. Very unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend this hotel if this is how its managed!!!

They need carts, rooms need new draperies. Rooms: Very much need updating. Bathroom need updating
