        Very bad customer service. I got 1 rate at check in and then thay told me another rate after I checked in and when I brought it up to the manager she was very disrespectful and told me to leave the hotel. Definitely racist woman. Rooms: Very bad experience. I would not recommend for anyone to get a room here

      I do apologize about the misunderstanding with the occurrence at the hotel with your room not being available for the length of time you were inquiring about at the rate you needed as well. We unfortunately could not go any lower than the $109.00 rate you were already given at check in. Also, I can assure you with confidence no one at this establishment is racist in the least we would not tolerate that type of behavior at our hotel as we have the utmost respect for all our guests. We appreciate your feedback.
