        We had to find a room quick after a terrible airbnb incident, and we lucked out with this one. Everyone was really friendly, the room was great, and it's directly next to the metroparks which meant that we could take the valley parkway to lots of places on the west side.

        This is hardly the fanciest place around, and I had a few issues with the property and the room (a running toilet, a building front door that banged loudly in my room every time it was closed). That being said, I was absolutely blown away by the staff - especially Maygon at the front desk. She went super above and beyond and seemed to really care about her job and getting it right. For that reason alone I'd stay here again. From a practical standpoint, it was about a ten minute drive to the airport. The hotel itself is on an odd but quiet street close to a mall and a whole mess of (mostly chain) restaurants.

        Nice Rooms and amazing service and friendliness. Especially from the maintenance man Elvis, my car battery died and with amazing kindness he helped jump my car, thank you for the welcome and the stay

        Not only is this building oddly run down, its overpriced and we had a horrible stay. Fire alarm went off at midnight, waited 45 minutes to come back in with no statement made on what happened or if it was safe after the fire department exited. Our bathroom door didnt shut because the hinges were rusted and off center, the lights were rusted, our toilet clogged every time it was used, even being flushed with nothing in it, staff did nothing but hand us a plunger. Id suggest picking any of the other hotels next door but definitely not this one. Rooms: Rusty, door didnt close, toilet didnt work Safety: Did not address fire alarm or police or fire department being in the building Noteworthy details: Outdated building that clearly needs some work
