Hotel RL Cleveland Airport West

Dump. Supposed to have a shuttle for us to go to the airport did not. Supposed to have a shuttle to pick us up from the airport when we got back took 2 hours to pick us up when they are 15 minutes from the airport

This place is absolutely disgusting! I have no idea how they are 3.5 star hotel. Its falling down and the rooms are horrible. They are peeling paint, have a musty smell, the bathrooms look like they havent been cleaned and the sheets have hair on them. The website says they have a pool but its been closed for a couple weeks but they dont mention that. Definitely would book elsewhere.

Literally checked in 15 minutes ago and finally carried up our stuff. Walked into a room that stunk and was at best a pay by the hour type room! Dead bugs, dirt on the end tables, filthy phone that nobody answered when calling the front desk, not to mention the questionable stains on the bench and the couch with 2 different stained cushions! Called on my cellphone to the front desk and they said to come down to speak with them. Found out the pool is closed which was not staded before the reservation or check in. Payed over $220 for the night because of demand due to the eclipse! I wouldn't pay $100 for this place! Pictures are from when it was possibly a nice place 30 years ago! I will be posting many reviews about this place on other sites. Would attempt to get a refund but I was already told the policy wouldn't allow it. Noteworthy details: If thinking about a reservation here, DO NOT!!! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

I booked a room for Sunday night 4/7 through an online agency and paid in full in advance. My flight was delayed so I called and told the front desk that I would be arriving at 1 am. Got there to be told they were sold out. It was the night before the solar eclipse so it looks like they sold rooms multiple times each time gouging prices. I had a hard time finding another hotel that night and ended paying close to $500 for it but least it was a decent hotel unlike the horror show I read in a lot of these reviews here. I would've totally been grossed out if I had to stay in this place. I hope they made enough off the eclipse to make them billionaires and save them from being cheap low lives. I eneded up spending more but it's so much worth it for my dignity and self respect. It sure feels good to not be enslaved by money.
