La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

The TV wouldn't even turn on and the WiFi wouldn't connect. No resolution from staff or compensation

Stay the 7th thru the 9th of April for the eclipse. No wifi available the first night, second night it was on and off, connecting to one device and not the other, even though they were the exact same phone type and model. When asking the guy(seemed to be in charge) at front desk that checked me in, he said he didn't know and could do nothing while staring off into the ether! The room was clean but it appeared they had a very young man cleaning rooms not wearing any type of uniform, but he was very kind. Management is obviously the issue with this hotel because staff was kind but people in charge very rude!

Got a good deal here for a recent stay. It was a quiet, clean, comfortable room. Sure, not all brand new like a Hilton, but still good! I would stay here again.
