This carrier is really starting to annoy me with their fees and customer service. Your best bet is to visit the store they are very helpful there but it's gonna cost you 3$ to pay your bill there smh but the over the phone customer service sucks they could care less about the customer. Thinking of switching!

Who charges a $4 fee for customer service?! That was the most EGREGIOUS surprise ever. No wonder there are so many problems you have to pay for their assistance. And dont get me started on the call center its unbelievably terrible. They cancelled my number and removed my service without unlocking my phone (I met the criteria). I wonder if was because I told them I was going with a different carrier. Hmm Then trying to get my phone unlocked at that point was like trying to land a man on the moon. I called so many times, getting a different person each time, with no one resolving the issue. Every single person I spoke with (about 4 people over the course of a weekend) was very difficult to understand and seemed to read everything from a script. Ended up buying a new phone and using another carrier. Will NEVER go back and am unlikely to refer them to anyone.
